The Babies are Here!!

Lily, the neighbors pregnant cat that I took in, is having her babies right now!
How exiting, i've never seen this before. So far theirs 3.

she had 1 more after I posted last. They are all doing great, she is a very good mom. I was a little concerned she wouldn't be because she herself is very young. The babies a just beautiful!!

glad mom and babies r doing ok mine had kittens on monday 3 in total and all r fine i was worried about her 2 because shes only a yr old herself plus in april she had her first litter and lost all three they were born too early but shes doing great although i have had to let her out ive kept her in but she been trying to get out then this morning i heard noises behind my bedroom curtain i looked and the window and she had climbed out onto the porch roof and was trying to jump she would have hurt herself if she did so ive let her out and shes cum back i would close the windows but its soooooo hot

Please keep this girl inside until she is spayed or she will soon become pregnant again, even if she wants out you must keep her in for her own good.

She ended up just having the four. It's been just about 7 hours since they were born and the are more beautiful everytime I look at them. The first one is gray and white, the second is possibly a lt gray tabby, the third is a gorgeous calico and the forth is all black but has 4 white feet and a white charlie chaplin moustache. She (Lily) is just so wonderful to them, I couldn't ask for a better mom. I'm so amazed by the whole thing, I wanted to stay home from work today and just look at them.

The agency I foster for has a black and white cat with a black mustache named Mr. Mustache who is up for adoption! Your kits sound beautiful! Calico's are female, so that will help you tell if you have boys or girls. (I still had trouble for the first few weeks, even with a tortie who is female!)
