Okay, but from now on the pictures thread will ever be the IMO thread.Originally Posted by vespacat

Nope, he's not a drinker...but he got me into Molson Canadian (though I'm sure it's NOTHING here in the states like it is direct from the source!!).Originally Posted by vespacat
It means "In My Opinion". Glad to hear he's loving the thread! Is he missing the beer, too?!
Lucky YOU! It was 43 C with the humidex, not to mention we have a smog alert, and extreme heat warning for the next few days! Again!Originally Posted by journey
Vancouver baby! 24 degrees celcius today.....and beautiful.
I've been to Nova Scotia and I'll second that!Originally Posted by Chester&Piper

Ryan, we may be a small province, but there's no denying how beautiful it is here! Of course I am a "bit" biased!
Well, the housing prices might do you damage here, too, but I suspect you'd find our version of "hot" acceptable -- 29 C when I last checked the thermometer.Originally Posted by Russian Blue

Born and raised in and around the Toronto area.
I grew up just a little east of Toronto, moved to the west side of Toronto for two years, then moved downtown for 7 years and now just live a little north! Let's just say I have covered almost every inch of this city and would love at this point to totally get out of Toronto! If I had a choice, I would get out of this province and head for Nova Scotia or BC, but Rob and I get a better paycheck by staying here.
Right now if the housing prices don't kill you ....the heat, humidity and smog just might!
But at least the house prices come with amazing views (not just the cement and highways that surround me right now). And I'm dying right now in this heat, so BC is looking very appealing.Originally Posted by rapunzel47

I have always wanted to go to Nova Scotia, maybe even live there - have you been to Vancouver? I like your accent over there!Originally Posted by Chester&Piper

Nova Scotia is indeed lovely. I've never lived there, but had friends in the Annapolis Valley many years ago, and visited them several times. Fond memories.Originally Posted by journey

The blackflies aren't too bad, but if we get anymore rain then they will be!Originally Posted by Hydroaxe
