What's going on?

Sometimes, around my cats, I have an itching feeling in my nose, eyes, and certain places around my face. Am I minorly allegic to Orei and Princess?

Probably not. You said "sometimes". Maybe Orei and Princess picked up some stuff somewhere that mildly irritates your skin.

well, that might not be true...

While I am not allergic to grass in general, cut grass will make me sneeze for days. Certain times of the year cat fur/dander is not a problem, but in allergy season (right now) they make me sneeze.

Same thing is probably happening to you.. just because you have an allergy doesnt have to mean it happens all the time Well.. except food allergies.
