We used to do this ages ago and I was wondering if anyone was interested in starting it up again - a nice way to find out what's going on in people's lives, etc... just post what's going on today in here.

I can start... um... I'm at work, as usual. Counting down the days til I can turn in my 2 weeks notice... only 4 more, if you include today. My co-worker is quite possible the laziest, rudest, most obnoxious one I've ever met so I'm more than thrilled to be leaving (he took yesterday off and is taking tomorrow off so I'm stuck working for him). But my last day here is July 29th - yay!

The cats are good... Baylee's been trying to hunt the bugs that keep trying to enter the apartment (she FLEW and practically ran herself into the wall at one point) and Max woke me up really early this morning by standing on my head.

That's it! Anyone else?

It's too hot here!. It said it was 28 degrees this morning, but it has to be more than that

And everyone on the train tonight was letting out sighs because they couldn't be bothered

I love the heat, in fact the hotter the better for me, but when your on holiday all you have on is a swimming cossie and a sarong, not at work with a skirt, t-shirt, bra, and heels etc...

Poor Rosie and Sophie are shattered with it as well

I came in and opened all the windows, wiped them down with a cool damp face cloth, then put ice in their water bowl.

I was thinking about bringing the DT back just yesterday Ariana!

Well it's Wednesday the 13th here nearly 9am and I'm being lazy!

I woke up at about 8am, turned my electic blanket off and my heater. Opened the windows in my room and chucked on my dressing gown and my slippers.

Turned the PC on, brushed my teeth, had a good old laugh at my hair and applied some coldsore cream.

Checked my emails I had 85 so I replied and then signed in on MSN and then checked my mums emails and now I'm on TCS.

I've just finished having breakfast. Fresh egg on toast COVERED in lemon pepper. I washed it down with a glass of Orange Juice. Just lovely.

I'll probably pod around on the net for another hour and then have a shower, get dressed, feed the cats and tidy up a bit before I go out!

As some of you know it is my Pedigree Persian Cat Clubs big show this weekend. So I'm very busy organising that. Today I'm going to the Hutt with my Nana to help her with her survey and then we are going to a bakery to pick up some savouries to sell at the show. Not sure what we are doing after that.

I really need to relax tonight, been flat out the past few days.

Woah. Sorry to ramble on & on!

Well its 86 (30) here but only 48% humidity. We are supposed to get some more humdity from Hurricaine Dennis but I say STAY AWAY!!

Am "working" for another hour and have also been counting down the days (56 and 1 hr) I NEVER WANT TO LISTEN TO MUSAK AGAIN!!!!!

I have a quick errand and then tonite is haircut/color/eyebrow wax night. I wonder what Randy has in store for me-I remember something different about the highlites.
My eyebrows look awful as I think when he did them last he ripped out some hair follicles and I have this weird looking bare spot. I hate plucking my unibrow and that is my splurge I cannot live without. Then have to do a bit of grocery shopping but I have a list so hopefully it won't take too long.

I won't be home for most likely until dark. Gave Neil a list of flower beds to water as it is dry here. It rained a week ago I do wish we would have gotten some of that hurricaine's rain though.

Have a cold and a friend is doing acupuncture to help with sinus congestion. You'd never know it unless I told you! Looks like a couple of band-aids. Yes, it seems to be working. Still hacking from chest congestion.

Just got dressed and picked up a prescription for mom then to the local library. Picked up 3 DVDs to watch - Camelot, Star Trek - Nemesis, and South Pacific. Now I'm at their primo computer station logged on to The Cat Site!

Well I woke up to a beautiful but hot morning today. My husband and I decided to buy a generator for the next Hurricane. I'm hoping that by buying one now, it might keep Hurricane Emily away.

We had everything on our list but that one item when Dennis came rolling through.
At work I'm trying to catch up on all our embroidery orders. We are slammed and even with Dennis going through its still busy. Some customers are even upset that we are 2-3 days behind. I still have 1 employee who has not made it back to work yet. 4 still dont have power so they come to work cause its cooler here.

Day 7 of vacation. Lazy. All I've done so far is make brunch and cleanup, and then hit the computer to check email and TCS. After several days of not so terrific weather, I think today is turnaround day, and we're looking at sun for the rest of the week. Good for watching the grass grow.

In a while, I'll go see Dad, and if it feels like BBQ weather, I'll pick up some buns for burgers.

I'm having a typical Tuesday at work, just trying to stay ahead of everything I have to do and not get too far behind. With interest rates going up and up it seems everyone wants to finance or refinance their homes, so that's lots of work, which is good. It's definately better than the alternative.

After work I'm going to my apartment in Yukon and see if my daughter's boyfriend is living there. I've been suspecting that she's sneaking him in when I've been away at my husband's place. I mean she's 21 so it's not that I mind her doing whatever she wants, it's just that I don't want him living in my house without my permission. So I'll probably go home and have some big blow out with her, that should be fun...not. Anyway, overall today has been pleasant if not a bit boring, at least so far.

took the dog for a long walk to the park,sat and had a latte while he ran about,then came home did a small amount of houswork,the cats have been trying to find the coolest places in the flat,its now gone 10 pm so they will be looking for a meal soon,had kentucky for dinner as it was too warm to eat (good excuse eh??)
2morrow got a shopping trip to look forward to wooppie

Charlie & The Chocolate Factory doesn't open til this friday or next.
I have three teenage boys so Fantastic Four is right up my alley!!! But I have
to go see Charlie & The Chocolate Factory by myself. My boys won't go!! Maybe I can talk my husband into going on a date?

All your days sound better than mine. It's VERY hot here. Last I looked it was 89 and 100% humidity. I don't do well with heat and humidity. I get testy! Long day at work. Just not enough work to keep me busy. Now I'm home with my furbabies. Jerry is at the firestation tonight so for dinner I"m sitting here eating cheese and crackers. Ummmm. I'm counting down the days till Saturday.

Been pretty crappy...been dizzy, nasueated, hot/cold sweats and irritable today...made dr appt for tomorrow....i'm not sure whats going on but i cant take it any longer.

WELLLLL At Church Prayer group today we read and talked about NOT COVETING!!!!! THEN I get home and I find a message from a lady who said she lost a black cat a month ago and it fit the boy I found to a TEE!

My heart was in my throat, and I first did not call her back as I have grown to love him and Benji and he play and fight so cute! Then I looked at my bank account and decided to try to scrape up enough money to buy him from her.

I called her back AND she never put up signs saying her boy was missing AND IF it is her cat she said as long as I loved him he was better off with me!

SOOOOOOOO I am now hoping and Praying he IS her cat as I love him to peices!

IF he is her cat TODAY is a VERY GOOD DAY!

I do bad with heat too, cranky etc. It's super hot here. I did take my walk which helped, but I didn't enjoy it, I walked where there was shade!

Sammy is hot too, he just flops on one side in the heat and looks pooped out.

I'm doing the usual----remodeling work on our house. Today I went to Lowe's bright and early to get texture and paint, scraped wallpaper and wallpaper paste off the walls in the living room and dining room, and pulled up the floor trim. I also ordered the wood blinds I have been wanting for the patio doors and the living room windows

My life is one continuous HGTV show

Although I'm exhausted, today is going great. I'm one day closer to having a gorgeous home!!!

i got up at 6:30 am tcs'ed a bit and went back to bed by 7:30, then got up at 11:30 after watching some tv and the phone ringing.
Tcs'ed again, went to the toilet fed my self, teuf and the fishies.
Then i was so lazy.
Just when i wanted to clean bf gets me to go to his work to hand in his sikkie certificate.
saw bens family, then hung around at the kiosk for a while talking to the daughter which is my age. Left at about 7:30 went and washed the car and cleaned the inside, stopped by burger king and got a bbq burger.. went back to bens mums house chit chatted then went home.
Bf just took the coffeemachine appart and ive just had to help him clean and ive just cleaned teufels litter box and the rest of the bathroom.
My back hurts and im going to hop into bed after my oj! after all it is 1:08 am
