I'm moving in a few weeks, and today a prospective tenet can to look at my apartment with our maintence guy. In a suprise to me, Limerick, who is normally shy around strangers, ran and met them at the door and "escorted" them around the apartment. He was purring up a storm and rolling on his back begging for a belly rub. Does anyone have any clue why he was so social all of a sudden?? i don't know if she is going to take it, I hope she does!!

Awww, how cute. When guests come over here, CJ wants to open the door for them, and she always makes sure they get a good thorough sniff down before she:

A) Lays at their feet making it impossible to move and or do their work.

B) Completely and utterly ignores them, making sure to lift her tail as she walks away. (Only does said action when someone wants to pet and or hold her)

C) Walks back slowly, hunches, puffs, and or hisses at said person. (Said action mainly occurs for people who say they do not like cats)

D) Though rare, jumps in their laps and rubs all over them. (Said action occures 99.9% when said person states he or she is allergic to cats)

What a good kitty!...sounds like a good sign. Kitties are usually a pretty good judge of character!

limerick not hiding, wow, maybe he will not hiss at able when you come home. after 3 days of getting hissed at, Able gets annoyed.

haha Well if Able would give Limerick some space, Limerick wouldn't hiss. I'm going to order some of that "calming" stuff. Hopfully Limerick won't be so on edge when he comes home
