Hi,
I'm Dshadna. I've owned cats nearly my entire life (Almost 40 years). We have right now 4 cats and a dog....(Cats rule and dogs drool). They are Cindy, Cali, Angel, and Smokey. They are all "Mutts" since I don't know what you'd call them as none of them are a particular breed as far as we can tell, though Angel very much resembles a Turkish Angora in every way.

I came here looking for help: (See post in SOS section).....but hope to get to know you all better.

Hi Dshadna! Welcome to TCS! I hope Angel calms down and starts coming back into the house. It is probably a good idea to keep the hound dog away, especially since she acted that way in his presence before. It sounds like she is scared of him. I wonder if it would help if you brought her in the house and showed her the hound dog was gone. Good luck with getting Angel back to her usual self again!

Me too....if we can get her out from under the shed again, and get the door between the Kitchen and Utility room shut for a little while so she can see that he's gone....I really hope that my partner's d-i-l doesn't bring the dog back again. We didn't even know they were coming, or bringing the dog and got put on the spot both times to take care of it.

I'm gonna look for the spray that was recommended, and hopefully it will help. Maybe it will help with our male who rarely sprays in the house, but on occasion he does.

If it were me I'd call the d-i-l right now, explain the situation and tell her that she can't bring the dog over anymore and you can't critter sit for him anymore.
