I took an afternoon nap...all nice and cozy on the pillow and apparently yas was comfy too b/c she was hogging the pillow...so anyways, as i slowly wake up, stretch and open my eyes...still groggy from the nap...i see my cats rear end about an inch from my face...it startled me so i raised up and she was laying across the pillow with her butt in my face....and looked at me like i interupted her nap...that was a rude awakening!!! lol Good thing she didnt have gas!

lol, neither of my cats has ever done that to me (though I'm such a heavy sleeper I probably wouldn't care anyways). Buffy loves to wake me up with loud noises, though. Once I woke up when she'd pushed a couple of horse figurines off my shelves. First one to go was the cardboard horse that I can paint but haven't gotten around to doing yet. I normally wouldn't care, but I saw one of my breyers (Big Ben) missing from the shelf and bolted upright. Luckily, Bennie landed in the cat bed that was just underneath the shelf. I love that guy, lol

Last week Buffy woke me up when she pushed a snow globe off the shelf, shattering it. My floor is all sparkly now, lol (the globe had sparkles instead of the white stuff)

On the plus side, I also have a dolphin globe that I love, and that's on a shelf that she can't get to. If I had to pick between the bear and the dolphin, I'd pick the bear to die, lol

I really wonder why they don't wake us up in these scary ways on days when you have to be up early? They always pick days where you want to sleep in.

Lol!! That is quite cute isn't it? I know it's suppose to be a sign of trust and all that but sometimes I think it's just cos they don't realise and if it's the most comfy way to lie then so be it - nevermind about manners or anything...lol.

Sunday does it to me CONSTANTLY I am always waking up with her butt in my face. Not pleasant but then again I suppose I'd rather wake up with that than with no kitty at all...

This thread really has made me laugh!

I woke up this morning to a thud - I'd moved my leg and accidently kicked Alfie or Max onto the floor! Poor kittie! Mind you, they got their revenge by running around at about 4am!

Awwww that's funny!

Guin is a tinker for doing things whilst I am asleep. The latest is "staring mummy out". The times I wake up and he is sitting right in front of me glaring at me whilst I sleep, can be scary! Also, he has taken to playing with my feet when I am asleep. Cos I have the summer duvet on now, it can be quite painful when he decides to bite me! But I love him
