Free spay/neuter clinic in Arkansas

Central Arkansas Rescue Effort for Animals has assisted in the rescue of over 1,721 animals so far. We have provided over 2,140 free sterilizations for pets from low income families and have sterilized over 500 feral cats. The next FREE Spay/Neuter clinic will be on Saturday, JULY 23, 2005.
