I'm baking a turkey breast right now and we're having mashed taters, gravy & peas with that. I think I might bake a ham as well in case Dennis decides to take aim at us.

What are you having?

As I type this, I'm sipping a glass of chardonnay. We're having London Broil, oven roasted potatoes, green beans, tossed salad and rolls. I don't normally eat this well - stopped by my parents' house for dinner!

IMO, any time that YOU don't have to cook it, it always tastes better!
Have fun!

I have no idea. My husband, who is a personal chef, has been in New Orleans all week so there are no extras from clients that I usually get to pick from.
My guess is I will end up scrambling some eggs with genoa salami and some cheese. Easy but quite good. And it is the only thing that is in my refridgerator

Actually, I'll probably do venison-burgers - got a lb of ground elk from a friend and it needs to be used soon. That and a big slice of Tillamook cheddar, and the rest of my rose' in the fridge, I'll be a happy, happy camper!!!

We just got back from Carrabba's. I had Eggplant Parmesan, bread, Italian salad and a glass of Chardonnay. For dessert it was "Dessert Rosa." Yummy, Yummy!

I just had half a chicken alfredo pizza from the Olive Garden, and it was yummy!! I can feel it slowly moving to my thighs, but what the heck!

After a couple of nights away, and therefore not cooking, I did the Friday evening thing, even though it ended up being kind of late. So we had chicken on the BBQ (boneless skinless breasts marinated in the house BBQ sauce), accompanied by Raspberry Spinach salad, and toasted Cape Seed rolls. Dessert -- fresh raspberries (HUUUUUUUUUUGE and lovely) with whipped cream.

OH yes, we did fine, thanks.
