I have only just heard about this an hour ago and now am really worried - half my family live in London and I can't get hold of any of them. One of them drives a train. I am so upset and angry about this I'm having trouble typing this message. I hope all of you in London are OK & get home safely.

I just got my text messages - blocked up from this morning... I can't text back though. It's been ppl asking if I am okay etc.

We are going to nip out to get a sandwich and stock up on food - cos we might sleep in the office tonight! I have spare knickers and deodorant - I just hope some of the blokes have stuff too!

Have just heard that mt train-driving relative is safe at home!!!! And most of the rest of the family are all accounted for. So now all I have to worry about is the TCS-ers stuck in London. I do so hope you are all OK.

Phew, I am glad that they are okay!

I have had so many worried texts / emails / calls today from ppl.

I just called Lyn and she was nearly crying. She said that she was trying to get my mobile all morning but couldn't get through. She went out to the garden and gave Guinness a big kiss from me! She will feed him tonight if we have to stay here. Put it this way, if there is no transport then I have no choice (like many others).

To our dear friends in the UK,

I hope all of you, your family, friends, and coworkers, are safe and accounted for at this point. The first thing I did when getting to work was go to TCS b/c I wanted to see that all of you were accounted for. I see Sarah

I just heard about the London explosions, and my heart goes out too all those involved. I hope that you and all of your loved ones are safe. What is wrong with this world?

Tony Blair just made a statement from the G8 Summit and around him stood all the leaders from various countries that are at the summit... a powerful powerful statement was made!!

for all of you in London. Living in Belfast for so long I got to know what the threat of this kind of thing feels like. Stay calm, stay safe - you are in my thoughts.

I just got in from a quick trip to the sandwich shop. It is so eery outside. The shops that are normally packed are now empty with office workers staying inside.

I am really tearful now and also feel like I am in a dream. I am so shaky... I have been to the toilet a few times too!!!

Thanks everyone for your support.
