We can't evacuate - all the streets are closed off.

Oh, I just got home to hear this. Evacuating the city would take hours and probably cause more accidents. It is better for people to stay put and not to travel, and to stay tuned to radio and TV ( I used to work with the Govt emergency unit and my best friend runs their website ( www.ukresilience.info).

All staff except 1 have been accounted for at all of our London offices. They said that when we find this person, they will tell us all to go home.

I don't think I can risk walking home out of this. I would rather stay put I think it's dangerous.

Now news in that Brighton train and Swindon train stations have been evacuated.

The police have advised us all to stay put. So I am going to stay.

Luckily, I have food

I found out through someone here and I was so scared for my sister so I had to go online and find my parents to see if she has contacted them, since she uses the buses all the time. But she just texted my dad and shes okay. Gosh, I am so relieved that I am crying!
