You've probably covered this in other places I've missed, but what age group will you be in charge of and will you now have to get lesson plans together?

My sister-in-law used to teach either 1st or 2nd grade b/4 she married & started her family. If you have any questions you'd like for me to pass along just say the word!

Thanks, I'm sure I'll have tons of questions, especially as I get nearer to the first day... I'll definitely keep the both of you in mind!

Congratulations! You will be challenged and rewarded in your first year of teaching. And a few years down the road, you will be amazed at the progress you have made. I wish you all the best.

Wow Ari, how exciting. Teachers can make such a difference in a child's life! I bet you are excited about this new path- and I wish you well. Don't let it overwhelm you- especially the inner politics. Just concentrate on the tasks at hand and you will do great!
