I was walking up the street and we noticed a little kitten behind the tire of a car. He looks about 1-2 weeks old. He doesn't have an eye though and theres dry blood on his nose. Should we take him in or is it better to leave him with his mom?

I would bring the baby in! Being that young and injured to boot, he is an easy target for predators. If Mama cat is feral, she probably abandoned him for the safety of her other kittens...
