Does your Uncle need a low cost clinic to take the mom to be fixed? If so, here is a list for Kansas:

KANSAS
Pawprints on the Heartland
Pittsburg KS
1-877-887-7729
Mobile s/n clinic that visits outlying area in the community.

Humane Society of Greater Kansas City
Kansas City, KS
913-596-1000

The Pet Connection
Overland Park KS
913-671-PETS

She can be fixed once the kittens are about 6 weeks of age.

the cheapest clinc to take her to is 2hrs away and not intill i have the money can she get fixed. but she is now permentaly indoors he has put his foot down regardless of how nuts she goes. so she will stay inside from here on intill i pay to get her fixed

When you find the kittens homes...perhaps you can ask for a "spay the momma" contribution to help raise funds to get your girl fixed. There are many health benefits to your girl being spayed as well as the fact that she will no longer have any babies.
