Well, I am going to continue to "healthy" regime I started at Thankgiving, namely a little watching the old diet and a tad more working out.

I have also decided to make 2002 an out with the old, in with the new year. There are some directional changes I need to make, and it's high time I make them.

Nice to see you Darlene
Age is definitely a state of mind, so if it's all the same to you I'll stay 29 forever
Darlene, you can too! :laughing2

My New Year's resolution will be to get all my finances in order and finish my book. Also, to develop a new routine at the gym...mine's old and I need a change. Finish school!

Piddles,

I think for now, nine is enough...but you're right, I am getting a little anxious for another kitten
I just don't think it'll be accepted very well by the rest
God will put one in my life soon enough. He did with Cash & Cary! Trust me, He has a great sense of humor :laughing2

Love,
Cat

hmmm, this is a tough one.

I would resolve to be better about keeping the house clean, but I finally hired a cleaning service

cook more frequently (gotta use that T-fal I got for Xmas!) and become better at it, while making sure we eat healthy

get on a gym schedule

to be as positive as I can, and have the best attitude possible about work, and life

to continue to treasure and cherish my family and friends

and yes Piddles, pet more kitties!!

To do the very best I can in college, and to find enough time in between to keep up training my horse, managing my house and critters being with my family without getting to overwhelmed.

To eat better- which means for me no more fast food. Bye bye McDonald's french fries!
And to have meals made ahead of time and put in the freezer so I don't have to deal with figuring out what to cook for dinner when I get home from school. Mike is a great cook, but he is so used to cooking for a lot of people, he has no idea how to cook for just one.

I just checked out your link, and I definitely agree, it does look like a very interesting website. The tips they give on how to be successful seem to be really worth trying too. I have it bookmarked now because I'm sure I will be going back to it!

Thanks Adrienne! I read through it briefly and thought it was extremely helpful. I know I put too much emphasis on too many goals and maybe achieve one! But, for me that's good! haha! He's right, we should have a plan and not put too much stress on ourselves. I liked what he had to say. I bookmarked it too
Thanks again

Hugs,
Cat

I do hereby resolve, throughout the course of the coming year, to defer all thought of resolutions until one year from this date.

=^..^=

P.S.: Okay, I'm sorry. I know I should be good and come up with some resolutions. Well, maybe one resolution (apart from the one above). But I can't! I'm not going to give up smoking. I'm not going to join a gymnasium. I'm not going to be nice to anyone. No, wait. That's not right! Okay, I will be nice to as many people as possible — which means if somebody is a jerk I won't have to be nice to them. Well, I mean if they're just a tiny bit of a jerk maybe I'll be nice; but if they're majorly jerky I reserve the right to be a jerk too. Somehow that doesn't sound right, either. Well, I'll think on these weighty matters and get back to you.

Well, that sounds like an attainable goal:

Mr. Cat resolves to treat other people the way they treat him.

:tounge2:

Good luck with that one, bud. Oh, it might work with the snotty teenager who works the check out at Wal*Mart. Okay, she won't get it, but at least you'll know. But let me know if it works with the bank or the utilities or your boss or, gosh, your cat!

Should be interesting . . .
