My MaMa cat delivered on Sunday and she just went to the litter and when she came out she wiped her bottom on the floor and there was some blood, it was bright in color so I know its fresh. It appears to have come from her rectum, is this expected? Other than this she fine, eating great & taking great care of babies. Please let me know if I should be concerned. She is a stray and I am looking into a clinic that would help me with the vet fees.

Are you 100% certain it didn't come from the vagina? It is normal for queens to have a bit of bleeding for up to 10 days after delivering kittens ...
