Isabell is fostering 5 new kittens that are about 4 weeks old. The runt has runny stools, but I think this is from the KMR I was supplementing him with and the wet food he is trying to eat. I have eliminated the KMR. Any suggestions for him? One of the other kittens is constipated, what can I do for him? He goes thru the motions but isn't haven't any luck. He left behind a dime spot last night but obviously not enough to make him feel better. I rub his belly with a wet washcloth to try and help him out. He wasn't having this problem before. The only thing different since this started was I eliminated the KMR I was giving them all because Isabell had taken over. I gave him a little KMR last night hoping this would help. Isabell was stimulating him last night too. No change this morning. The other three kittens are doing fine and not having any issues.

I think a vet visit is in order. Could be worms, or could just be constipation. If it's worms, they can deworm him, and if not, they can give him something to help the constipation.

Gus was taken to the vet Wednesday and I lost him Thursday to feline distemper. I have since lost five more kittens and Isabell too and have three of Isabell's original kittens and one of my permanment cats sick at home with the same thing.

I am sorry for the losses, it is always tough. Thank you for your efforts though- they knew kindness before they departed this world.
