My female cat has "chunked up" since having her spayed in January. I've been feeding her Nutro Weight Control pouches (one per day) and maybe one or two fistfuls of dry Nutro Weight Control food (this only if she makes me feel really guilty). She's constantly hungry! Is she just playing me or could there be an undiagnosed problem?

Chunked up how? If you are talking about the Spay Sway the extra belly that hangs down, that is pretty much normal-
Has she been checked for parasites recently?

It's an overall girth!! She was treated for roundworm before being spayed...can this reoccur? And make her fat?

1 pouch a day? What are the guidelines? The guidelines on my nutro pouch says 2 pouches per 5 Lb of body weight per day. One pouch is way below the guidelines.

How big is your fist .. mine are about the size of ave ten yr old and a fist full = about 1/4 cup for me .. If your a man I would imagine a fist full is nearly a cup

has the vet said she was fat or has she been since the spay??

This theroy is human and complex but here is my attempt ... if you eat to few calories the body goes into famine mode and will conserve on the bare bones calorie leval ... so yes a cat could get fat on one pouch and a half a cup of dry ... I would see if the vet or a tech could look at her and see if she is really fat ..

HEAVY
Ribs not easily palpated, with moderate fat covering; waist barely visible; rounded abdomen, moderate abdominal fat pad

She hasn't been to the vet since her spay
