We have come to the conclusion Sadie has Allergic Dermatitis.
She has a bad infestation with fleas. We have tried Hartz Advanced Care Flea & Tick drops Plus+, ( I won't use this product again after reading a post here about the recalls). This didn't work. We also use a Medicated Anti-Itch Spray for this called Pet Relief. I can't tell if this is working or not because I don't get it on her regularly enough, as it is hard to spray a cat and get them to stay still. I don't like to spray her either because she runs from me for a few days after and is scared of my hands because of this.
So finally we got Frontline Plus for cats. A 3 month box. We put this on yesterday, and I pray that it works.
Does anyone have any success with Frontline Plus in the treatment of Allergic Dermatitis?
Does anyone have any succes with the Petrelief Spray?
And, does anyone have any other techniques or products that can be used in succesfully treating Allergic dermatitis?
