When I first got Gary, everyone thought he was a girl kitty partly because of his eyes and also because of his fur. Everyone that has felt his fur says they've never felt a softer cat, or rabbit for that matter. I thought he looked girly too for these reasons. Plus he was really my first cat and I didn't know much about felines. After hanging out with him for so long, I now see the manliness in him.

HAHA!...Gary doesn't mind being a pretty boy. He will make a dead stop in mid-play, or mid-dash, crane his head around to lick his fur and then continue on his way. If one tiny piece of fur is out of place he goes crazy. Gary's also got the 'metro-walk'. I love that cute little butt! Eeee!

I sent the first picture to my sister yesterday, she said, "I had to get up really close to the computer screen, just to see if he was smiling". Gary really was happy there. He just had a treat.

His stuffed kitty was a 'Christmas 2004' present from my sister. If you look closely at it, you can see some loose strings hanging from it's nose. Maybe he chews on it to make me think he doesn't like it. One time I caught him cuddling with it. I slightly pushed his toy cat closer into his body while he was hugging it and sleeping. He pulled his arms in even tighter squeezing his toy, and then made a loud purr nose. It made my heart melt because it was so human-like....like a little baby.

What beautiful eyes!
