Sammy's new passtime.....

Lately, Sammy has taken to playing a new "game". It only happens about once a week, give or take. He'll be following me around or just playing on his own, then as I walk away (or sometimes even when I'm laying down, if I'm on my front), he'll run up, wrap his front legs around my leg (always from the back, never in front of me) and bite me once. Then he'll try to run before I can catch him and give him trouble for it. He ONLY does this to me..........does anyone else's cat do this?

from the looks of your picture sammys a kitten? my kittens used to do something like that but they would hide around a corner and attack your feet as you walk by

Charley did this until she was about 15 ... you might have a few years of it left to go

Actually, that picture of Sammy is about a year old. He turned one in April, so he's not a kitten anymore. That's him and Lola about 4 months ago in the bottom right picture.

Awww I think he is just bored and wants some attention from you. I am not sure if that is the case but lacie and Ricky both do that. Ricky is almost 2 and lacie will be a year in soon. I think they do it cause they know I will run after them and to them its like a game of chase or hid "n" seek
