Orei came up to the computer chair to cuddle. I was giving him hugs, and I noticed there's this big bald patch on his back. There is no wound, just bare fur..

Did Princess rip fur out when grooming him?

Is his skin irritated?

Is Orei stressed?

What's going on with my little boy?

could really be any of those actually, or something else entirely. make sure it isn't irritated and red or raw or bleeding or scabbing. keep an eye on it, maybe call the vet and see if they have any over the phone suggestions. if it gets worse then take the cat to the vet.

Okay. So far a vet doesn't need to be involved. The skin is nice and pink, but I'm still worried.

Is it round? Could be ringworm.

Hmmmmmm tricky without seeing your cat..... Don't take this as an insult but could it be fleas???? If not I would suggest you watch to see if he scratches!!!! Ring worm is'nt always round on the noticable surface (i.e missing fur), take him to your local vet who will do a skin test to make sure its not scabies or anything else that could cause further damage.

Vet faye xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

I'll try to take pictures later, to make advice easier. He isn't straching so far, and he is an indoor cat, by the way.
