I go through the Mcdonald's drive-up, place my order,
pay for my order, and drove away ................without my food.

I return to McDonalds, go inside
and explain that I just paid for an order and forgot to take my meal with me.
The "intelligent person" working there (
) says to me, "Are you sure?"

Well this just screwed up the whole line of people at the drive-up. Since now my order was given to the people in back of me, and their order was apparently given to the one in back of them, etc.

I seriously don't know who was worse, me, or the other smart individual that waited on me when I walked inside!

Oh that's to funny, seems they eirher screw it up one way or another or were having an off day. When that person said are you sure, you should have said here's your sign
They must have been bombarded with people saying they got the wrong order

I wouldn't eat those fries If I were you.
In a comparison with home made fries and non fast food restaurant fries with McD's fries, the non fast food and home made fries started to decompose in a few days...the McD's fries looked "brand new" after SIX WEEKS! What do they put in those fries?

Oh yes,I am mad at McDonalds too.

My mom and I were going through the drive thru and we had to give a long complicated order for our family. When we got to the drive thru,my mom didnt have her money counted out.She said,oh,I dont want to hold up the line,I will count it out and drive back thru.Well then there was a massive line, and we had to wait again. And when we got up to the window, they said that they didnt save our order, that we had to drive around and order it again, and wait in line again.
So we just drove off

I think that it was my moms fault for not being ready, but we also told the cashier we were coming back.

Well, you would have thought the employee at McDonald's would have been a little more aware of who was getting what order.....but I suppose not. Years ago, I confused a cashier at a Wawa by paying for my stuff with exact change. The cashier got mad at the register because it kept telling her to give $0.00 change. She said something like "I don't know what's wrong with this machine. It won't tell me how much change to give you". I had to inform her that I gave her exact change!!

That "documentary" is a complete joke!!!!!!!! Nobody should eat the same thing over and over three times a day like a starved animal for 30 days!!!!!!!! MacDonalds doesn't make extraordinary healthy food and neither does 99.999% of restaurants on the entire face of this freaking earth! The idiot who was "inspired" to make this documentary doesn't have a credible "documentary" until he has tested every *** ***** ******* restaurant on the *** **** ******* planet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No one should eat like that at any restaurant! It only proves that you shouldn't eat like a starved fool 3 times a day! Why can't people get THAT trhough their thick skulls?!

i know what you are saying but I think he was trying to make a point by going to an extreme...
Wasn't he trying to say that there are people who do eat mcd's very very regularly... and that those people should rethink their choices. Ultimately thought i think he was just trying to open people's eyes to fast/fat food and he had to use a gimmic to do it. His 30 day diet was the gimmick. It was the tool he used to get some information out there....

I don't think McDonalds (or any other fat-laden fast food) hurts anyone occasionally, provided that person is eating a generally healthy diet. But now far too many people eat that kind of food daily, and it always shocks me when I go to the US to see just how many really obese there are - often a mother and two or three fat kids, wandering around the supermarket eating chips or cookies, and buying nothing but ready meals that are laden with sugar and salt and fat. Our habits are changing for the worse, and that I think was the point of the documentary.

I have to say that I do agree with a lot of what you said. My cousin is a single mother and overall just lazy. I know that single parents have the toughest job on the Earth, but believe me I am not joking when I say that she is just plain lazy. She has been that way since we were kids. Anyway, she hardly cooks and just feeds the kids fast food. Now her 11 year old is obese and has no self esteem. She was a chubby baby and will always have a larger bone structure. The poor kid has been teased at school all her life. Her grades are slipping and she is not very social. There are other factors in there, but the most visible thing is that she is overweight. I live about 350 miles away so we don't see each other too much. But it's all I can do when I do to try to show her how beautiful and tallented she is. (Picture a light Puerto Rican skin tone, with light brown soft curly hair and big brown eyes.) Hopefully as she's getting older here we can show her about a healthy diet and exercise.
