Her appointment's at 5:30 (ET)

Roo has been on her thyroid meds for about 3 weeks now and today she has to get another blood test to see how much they are helping.
She was down to 5.1 pounds at the last visit and felt like skin and bones!
she does feel heavier now when I pick her up and there's more meat covering her ribs than 3 weeks ago so I think she has put on a little weight.

The blood test results probably won't be back until sometime tomorrow...I'm anxious to see 'em!

Crystal has to go back also to recheck her ears for mites...I hope they're gone!

I wrote Roo's last weight wrong in my previous post, she was 5.12 pounds last visit. Today she was up to 6.5 pounds!!!

I forgot it was Friday today so the blood test won't be back until Monday or Tuesday.

Crystal's ear mites are gone!!
But she has an infection from them and has to get drops in her ears twice a day.

Yay for Roo! Spot just came home from the Radioiodine treatment center. I had taken him off the medication in preparation for the treatment, so he lost a bunch of weight. I hope he gains it back soon!

The vet called with Roo's blood test results and now her thyroid level is just a tad on the low side. She was getting half a pill twice a day and now she'll get just a half a pill a day. Then have her thyroid rechecked in a month.

I'll be keeping my
that the next blood test is perfect!!
