It's actually not the size, it's the format, but thanks. What kind of format/program do you use to make them?

i have never had a problem uploading animations in the past... but i have done this before with animations and regular pictures:

i have a photo-editor program that i use to open them up and then click 'save as' and before you click okay, click the drop down box underneath the name of the file and change the format (tif, gif, bmp, etc) then click okay and save it, it should change the format...

photobucket has a list of format types it accepts, i am not sure what all they are

good luck... if this doesnt work, then i have no idea what to do

Make sure they're saved in "gif" format - Photobucket will accept gifs.
This is what you mean by a "slide show", isn't it? It's a gif:

Yeah, that's what I mean... but how did you save it as a .gif?

I use a program called "Animake". When it comes time to store my project, I scroll through the various format options, and click on .gif, because I know that I can use that format on the Photobucket site. The Animake software has some glitches, so I not only click the ".gif "option, but also add ".gif" to the name of the project. How many photos are you trying to use in your slide show? Photobucket works best if you only use 3 or 4 shots, and set the timing at 3,000 to 5,000 ms. I'm certainly no expert, but I've found, by trial and error, that the above works.
If that doesn't work for you, send me the photos you want to use by PM, and I'll see what I can do (tomorrow - it's time to go to bed in my time zone).

Do you know any Window's programs that can save a slide show as a .gif?
