I wonder if there's someone on this site that has experience with persians. I need a little info about behavior, best food, best kind of comb and shampoo (since they have really long hair)etc. I'd be very thankful if someone like this could help me!

I breed Persians & Exotics. That's really sad, however, that they would sell a kitten so young.

Yes I definately agree that they sold him pretty young, but never the less he's a wonderful addition to our family. I'll post pics as soon as my digital camera is fixed, the pictures won't stay.Originally Posted by WellingtonCats

I agree with Karen, the best way to get a plethora of information about taking care of your little boy would be to just ask for tips in the Care & Grooming forum.

I have a smokey black persian. He doesnt like to clean his fur. So I take him
to a groomer every two months for a shave. Picture a lion smooth close shave on the body and long hair on the end of his tail, legs and head. Thats Simon. I dont have his picture posted but I will get it up. Welcome to the site.
