ABsolutely NOT true! They might steal babies' pacifier, or their jarred beef baby food, or the odd rose petal, but never babies' breath!!!!

Myth: Cats and dogs are "natural enemies".

Fact: Tell Rowdy that she's not supposed to wrestle with Pearl and Ike. While you're at it, tell Pearl and Ike that they're supposed to bark at, chase and try to kill Rowdy.

Maybe not, but one time Mika tried to steal mine

He must've been investigating my open, noisy mouth while I was asleep, because I woke up with that big brown nose IN my mouth!

Myth: That cats think they're superior to everyone and anything.

Truth: Cats KNOW that they're superior!

Myth: Cats can see in the dark. Well, this may not be a total myth, but explain to me why Samson will wake me up at 3 a.m. meowing because he lost his super bouncy ball....which I will find laying in the middle of the floor? (Usually by stepping on it, unaware)

Myth: All cats 'meow'

I've heard everything from mine, from a 'WOOF' to a 'mirp', but never a 'meow'.

That's how my Emmy is!!! She'll sit at the bottom of the steps, giving me a dirty look and occasionally yawn, as though she's just exhausted and can't go to bed without me. Then she lays sideways on the bed!!
