Is Francine a diluted tortie?

The tortie thread get me thinking about if Francine is a diluted tortie. I think she might be, but I'm not sure.
This is the best pic I have of her...she doesn't like her picture taken!
This is an older pic and you can see where she has over groomed her legs She's much better with that now and all of her fur is grown back on her legs!

I think so! But she has tabby stripes, so wouldn't she be a dilute 'torby'? In any case, she's beautiful!
