Yes, My friend Mike who adopted 2 of my fosters gets 1st pick of my stuff.
C.A.T.S. a rescue shelter gets my money (not much I'm afraid
) and anything else of my stuff they want. After that my neighbors can pick the place clean for all I care... I live in an Apt. Bldg that has moatly disabled Vets. living in it and none of us are what you could call rich...lol.

Both my bf and I are working with full time jobs, we have it set out who gets our life insurance if anything happens to us, we don't own a car, we only live in an apartment but we haven't said thought about who would get Pepper

No I don't. However all my assets are set up to go to my mother directly if I die. All I have is 401K and bank accounts and she's set up to get that money. She's also taking Gandalf and Samwise if anything should happen to me.

I have actually written two but have never taken them to get notarized! So I guess that means I don't have crap but a piece of paper that no one will listen to. I wrote mine after my mother passed away when I was 19. She was 44, my aunt who passed away 13 days before my mom was 46, and my grandmother who died the year I was born was 44. So I am not going to go through my 40's .... I'm going from 39 to 50 in one year!!!!
