no, and my husband and I have been saying for years that we are going to do one. This is another good reminder.

A will to live or a will to die? Ok just kidding.. No I don't but I have been reading up on them and I think its way past that time of getting one.. You never know what will happen and I have children and my kitties to worry about.

I don't have one, but at this point in my life don't really need one. I learned all about them in Personal Finance and Investment last semester so I know when to get one and for what reason. Right now I have hardly any possessions of my own, my car is in my dad's name, and if anything happened to me there would be no dispute that Waffle would go to my mom. So, with no money, possessions, husband, or kids there's no need just yet!

I don't have many things, but what I do have is very special to me, so after my car accident I made one.

I also have a special clause about my cats, that if something should happen to me, only the vet can approve access to my money (special savings account) so I know that my kitkats will always be taken care of!

Yes. A will and a "living will" (health care power of attorney). Both must haves for an adult.

But I'm ashamed to admit I haven't yet ammended it to provide for my cats, should I predecease them. Gotta do that, RSN ...

No, but I need to get one done so that my birds can be seen after, they will both outlive me.

It's something I have talked about forever. I keep saying I am going to do it, but forget about it.

Yup, have had one for about a year now. I have too much stuff I'm responsible for and want to make sure, after I'm gone & pushing up flowers, that everything (and everyone) is OK.

Yes. In SA if you die without a will, your estate goes to the goverment. And after paying taxes my whole life, I will be damned if they get another cent out of me.
