A online friends cat may have ingested asperin, I know its toxic to cats, and told her. but her parens won't take the cat to the vet because they aren't sure if he ate it. They found some pills craked up and the cat nearby.. the cat is acting somewhat lethargic. Gums look clear nice and pink. But who knows.

I was wondering if thowing up would help? and how to make it do so.

I am still trying to talk her into talking the parents to taking the cats to the Emergency Vets.. but I don't know X--X

If she got any of it, she would first become depressed and lethragic, then have problems breathing- she would start doing short pants, and sometimes they drool- then she would collapse.

When an animal eats asprin its scarey. My dog ate a bottle of Alieve when she was 4 months old, I had to induce vomitting and she threw up all night, i took her to the vet and she started throwing up blood in the vets office. They kept her overnight. She is very healthy now, but vomited everyday for four months after and was on 5 differnt medicenes, it was horrible! I'm glad the cat didnt eat any!
