check out this link about torbies, and this one about tricolors in general. the second one really explains things well.

Yes she is! She didn't come with a name (okay 10035), and I was trying to come up with a unique name for her, but I kept going to Sweetie - it fit her. Everyone who sees her for the first time and doesn't know her name calls her Sweetie, too!

Whenever we see a tortie, we always look at the chin - both Giselle and Gypsy have a bi-chin and we see a ton of torties with it too.

Any other bi-chin torties out there?

a little off-topic... but how does you cat like the toy?
I saw it at the store today and I almost bought it but I didn't... does it work well? Do cats actually chase that thing?

mine just watch it, don't chase it. i've stopped using it altogether - runs out of juice too soon, & mine won't go forwards, only backwards!

Three of them chase it, Mazee waits for the mouse to be driven near her!
The first one I purchased, the reverse went out within a week. Because they enjoyed it so much, I exchanged it for one that's lasted a month so far. The model I have lasts about 5 minutes per 45 second charge.

You could always try it and if your kitties don't like it... take it back and get them something they will enjoy.

someplace so boring i am slowly but surely losing
Again, it is me,Joecool , taking away the fun with science, jk.

Does anyone here have a tortie/calico male? I would lie to see a true chimera, but i see that that is unlikely. Even if some of you do have a male calico, it is most likely a klinefelter's syndrome cat, or extra chromosome disorder cat. Thanks, jsut wondered.

On a less serious note, pretty torties!!!
