So I was sitting on the sofa last night, and Lucy comes up and starts making biscuits on my belly, which got me thinking, I've never seen a cat knead on anything harder than a throw pillow......

I guess it's time to get back into the situps and crunches.

I consider Grace to be our home's personal trainer, but she coaches the other cats. They're in GREAT SHAPE! Lots and lots and lots of laps around the house.
