This is for my sister-in-law who I love very much and is the most gentle, cat-loving soul in all Massachusetts (she has four kitties) ....
she is 39, and has a huge lump in her thyroid and will undergo a biopsy very soon.
The first two were begnin, but they do a series of them. She is very devoted to naturopathic and homeopathic medicine, as well as some eastern practices. She and my brother just got a computer at their home and she has asked if I know any reliable reading materials on acupuncture practices? Good reading or internet materials/links, not places that sell you a bunch of stuff. Aside from accessing NIMH sites and the Harvard Library close to her, does anyone have any ideas? I am not so good with this request myself.
Thanks in advance~~

Do you mean Accupuncture practices in the methods that they use? Or the places that they do it?

I will have a look for you, I found a lot of good sites when I was researching for myself!

Hi Sar! I meant the practices of such, and any materials relating the thyroid teratment. Thanks for answering. I actually got some PM's on this advising me to stay away from all acupuncture but nothing that would favor it in any way....

I think that accupuncture can really work! (but that might just be me!) I'll send you anything that I find!

I'll also speak to my accupuncturist today and see what she says!
I hope I can help!
