Dinner: Rotini with garlic prawns and black olives in fresh tomato sauce, with parmesan cheese

I had teriyaki beef and chicken shish kabobs with seasoned wedge fries and a cold glass of water with ice! It was really tasty!

A pear and an apple
I've just had a yoghurt now
I had a crayfish salad, washed down with a strawberry smoothie. I just ate some sea salt & vinegar crispys
ahhh just ate a snickers ice cream bar
so ignore the above!
Three slices of buttered Apricot Delight log, and a coffee.
A stale Special-K breakfast bar
...oh yeah, and sipping on my first of many Diet Cokes of the day
Coffee with heavy cream..not hungry this morning.
( Drink ) a delicious Cup of Coffe..
I've just had a low fat cake with chocolate chips in it and a coffee
I just ate a salad from McDonalds which has apples, grapes, nuts and yogurt. My Bucky had some of the yogurt too!
Shaved ice made from Ocean Spray White Cranberry and Peach juice. It's really hot and I needed to cool down.

Well the last thing I ate was dinner last night and it was chicken tenders!
My dinner was Tuna!
......( and Milky drink the Tuna water!
...)
Broiled marinaded organic sirloin steak, mashed baby red potatoes and beef and herb gravy.
