I am, even as we speak, eating the last of an egg salad wrap. Still have a few fries, too.

The last thing I ate was a Wonkas mud sludge chocolate bar!

For lunch I had a Bacon, Lettuce & Tomato SW!

Just had one small (and low carb) whole wheat wrap with home rotisseried beef, shredded cheddar, low sodium garlic salsa, red onion, sugar-free/junk free sour cream, and then seconds without any wrap.

We also had my homemade cole slaw (sugar free of course), then I finished with Tony's House blend of coffee w/half and half, and a serving of Emily's Chocolate Covered Macadamia nuts.

About an 8.5 on the yummy factor scale

Okay can I come and live at your house??? That meal sounds amazing. I LOVE homemade cole slaw AND that coffee sound delish!

I had some steak that was a little over cooked on the BBQ (opps), and a greek salad!

I love to cook (so does DH), so even while losing weight, I've come up with things I love that fit my way of eating. This is a WA state small coffee roaster, from up in Bellingham, their coffee is very, very good! I buy this as a treat once in a while, as whole beans that I grind at the grocery store.

My mouth tastes like mouthwash...and there is nothing left that will satisfy me in the house! Might have to go to a garage on the way to my meeting. Get something edible.
