Oh ow, we were complete and total pigs today. We had a cookout here at my house for my father and had grilled chicken, sausage, chourico, steak tips, hotdogs, hamburgers, corn, salad and strawberry shortcake.

Leftover lean pork steak and leftover mashed potatoes and beef & herb gravy.

No more leftovers, I guess I have to start cooking again

We went out for dinner...I had zingers (lightly breaded boneless chicken strips in a spicy hot pepper sauce, blue cheese sauce on the side), a bunless burger with bacon, cheese and mushrooms, salad, and half of a serving of a strawberry/banana creme brulee bread pudding with whipped cream

Oh Ash that sounds sick!

The last thing I ate was a Ham, cheese & tomato croissant about an hour ago. Mum will be arriving home with Subway for me any minute.

It's a type of Portuguese sausage. It's very spicy. There is a large Portuguese population in this area so you can get chourico everywhere. We used to have to send it to my uncle in Wisconsin.

Three slices of buttered Apricot Delight log from my new favourite bakery. Think of the best raisin bread you've ever had -- lots of raisins, firn but not tough bread -- add lots of dried apricot. Divine!
