i noticed my cat slick has chewing or something in his mouth, then he runs out of control around the house and his tummy was like revving then sits and does it again, this went on for a while until i calm him down and managed to eat a few kibbles, he's sleeping now, could he had swallowed something bad?

There is a good possibility that your cat has swallowed a string or piece of thread. The thread might be tangled around his tongue or may be tangled in his intestines. Of course I might be completely wrong, and he might just be working on hocking up a hairball, but the chewing and stomach lurching together makes me worry about a tangled string. Can you look in his mouth to see whether there is a string tangled on his tongue? If you see nothing and the behavior continues I would take him to the vet.

And if you see anything, please don't pull it- get him to the vet quickly- that goes for whatever orifice you see it hanging out of-

he's fine now after he slept and ate normally, he must have tasted something nasty, but i will definitely check the things you said next time it happens again, thanks
