Tonight is the opening night of my Final Degree Exhibition!

I am so irrationally nervous and anxious that people will like my work and take my business cards so the the commissions flow in!

I admit that I am VERY excited about the whole thing, but with all the problems I had whilst hanging my work and the Tutors, i'm a little worried that they will snub me or something!

Anyway, lots of luck would really help! I'll post some pics of my space when I have uploaded them!

I'm sure it'll all work out well for you, but I'll keep you in my thoughts tonight anyways!

Good Luck!

The telephone has a wool knitted cover and still works through the jumper!

How long did it take you?
For the wire and cable ones, I had to fashion my own manual knitting machine - 8 screws sticking out of a piece of wood!

The miniatures were pretty hard - especially trying to sew them up!

The whole lot has taken me months! I managed to knit the phone over last weekend though - very tiring and mind boggling!
Each piece would take a week or so - so i've been knitting constantly for a long time!
My fingers are killing me!

Woohh how cool are they?

There is this market, old Spitalfields in the East End where students sell their clothes and stuff that they have made. The stuff that you have there would go down pretty well I think. It's also a chance to get noticed!

Annnnnnnnnd..... it's amazing that ppl do wear these type of clothes!

It was so much fun! Can't get into the wahing line one now - it changed shape!
