I took her to the vets due to the green discharge,he told me she was overdue, how I don't know considering she conceived on the 17th-19th April,he reckons she has several kittens, all alive and kicking away

If she doesn't have them tonight,I got to take her in in the morning to see her usual vet and he may do a c-sect because I'm away on Saturday I'm comfortable with this,he assures me she will be OK and she will be home withing three hours,he didnt even take her temp,he said you can't tell if a cat is going into labour that way
he felt her belly and that was it,my usual vet may say to let her wait, but he has me scared now saying she might have trouble delivering him,so I hope something happens tonight, maybe the scare of being in the vets will start her off

Pepsi, I replied to your PM, but I just wanted to say "in public" that I am a little worried about your girl ... as I mentioned to you in the PM, if the green discharge is thick and smells bad, don't wait. Get her in to the ER vet if you have to, but if the discharge is yellow-ish green and resembles mucous more so than anything else, I think delivery is very, very close, so keep a sharp eye on her, OK?

I am around tonight for a while. I am having a bad day (on new meds for a thyroid condition) so don't feel like doing anything much. I have to go out shortly for a while, but I will check in here frequently to see how you are doing, so let me know, OK?

Shes in the vets, she is to small to deliver w/out an expert there, will likely need a c section,Im glad she is in great hands, this vet is wonderful, the bag was showing but it was popping back in and out,so the kitten hadnt engaged so they werent in danger like I thought they were,Yes Im getting her spayed, this was an accident,my little girl will never go through this again

Glad she is in good hands and glad you are having her spayed after she has weaned her kittens. Just a recommendation from someone whose friend had a cat who got accidentally pregnant....keep your cat and her kittens in an interior room with no access outdoors until you can have her spayed. My friend's cat kept getting out before she was able to get her fixed and she ended up with 6 litters.

Yes, an inside room is a good idea. I have been VERY careful with Sugartoes, but she has gotten out of her room a few times. I sure don't want her getting outside and getting preggers again. She is a little stir-crazy shut in one room, but better to have a few weeks of restriction, than more kitties!

two kittys died
when I last called she had two kittys both doing well, mum took a while to bond with her, didnt tear the sac or anything, milk didnt come through for a while but they are now feeding well, they gave her a shot two hours ago to speed up labour, they are now not sure if she has more inside or just that her uterus hasnt contracted back so either way the shot should help, just 20 more minutes until I get another update and praying I can bring her back then too

Awww...Pepsi....**HUGS**...it is so sad when kittens die (I had a foster kitten die of pneumonia)....just glad to hear that she also had 2 healthy kittens.
