Water fountain question

I was wondering if anyone knows of a water fountain for cats that has a glass bowl that the cats can drink from. Princess will only drink from a fountain and she needs to be using a glass bowl due to a severe problem with feline acne. She's had the fountain for over 2 years without any problems but in the last 3 days her chin became VERY red, swollen and painful. It might not be acne but that is the most obvious possibility. We are going through the process of elimination of other causes too.

I doubt if the fountain is the source of the acne. An antiseptic soap containing chlorhexadine is an excellent treatment for feline acne. The brand I've used is called Hibiclens, which I bought at Walgreen's.

But what you've got now might not be acne. I believe that's usually dark grey and crusty.
