What's the funniest thing you caught your cat doing?

Well the funniest thing I caught Joey doing would have to be the time when I was sitting out on my porch swing which is right by my bedroom window..and my window shutters were wide open but the window was closed. Next thing I know I hear this loud "THUD" and I look over and I see that Joey had tried to get into my window but instead just ran into it!

Sophie chasing after her tail She used to always do it as a kitten but she stopped when she was a few months older, but just on sunday she did it and it cracked me up

A few years ago I was doing some baking. The recipe called for rolling the dough in chocolate flavored powdered sugar, so I had the sugar spread out on a towel on my kitchen counter. I left the room for a few minutes and, when I came back, Katie was rolling around in the powdered sugar. I managed to brush most of it off of her, but she smelled pretty chocolately for a while after that.

I forgot to mention Joey getting the bell caught to his foot.

Sammy finally figuring out how to get into the bathroom cupboard before it closed on him (it was held closed with a sock). He opened it and then made Lola stand in the doorway to brace it so he could step over her into the cupboard!

OH HOW SMART!!

I catch Hammie all the time opening the bathroom door for himself. He is so articulate with his paws, he can open the oven door (does it all the time while I'm prepping the plates for the kits).

A weird thing I catch Snickers doing ALL the time: he rolls & flips, ears back, tail all cocked up funny; he makes this snorting sound and RACES around on the bed, bunching up the comforter with his paws. Then he'll just stop, belly-up, and lay there all peaceful!

yes, smart........but VERY BAD

Vash occasionally 'finds' his tail and chases it up and down the stairs.
How any living thing can spin so fast and so much without becoming dizzy is beyond me.

Spaz used to play with laser pointers, but only if shined on the ceiling.
She would continuously jump 4-5 feet straight up, and do a flip and a half twist on the way down.
She also used to jump spastically at her own reflection (which earned her name btw).

Trouble will sleep on the couch and sometimes the parrots get too loud for him.
Without opening an eye or lifting his head, he will lie there and complain vocally at them until they shut up.

None of the other three have any funny habits, of course two are still young, so it's not too late

kinda gross.... but brandie was sleeping and farted...its scared her so bad that she jumped about a foot and stared at her bum for a while with a terrified look on her face.

baby gets excited and runs and jumps at a separtaing wall and shell paw at it but it looks like shes trying to get some sweet lovin

I keep "Pounce" treats in one of the many cupboards in the kitchen. Well, Buster is so smart...ha,ha,ha, funny, that one day I came home and thought we were possibly robbed. Buster had opened every single one of those cabinets until he found what he wanted. Such a genius is he

JC seems to be the most entertaining of my crew, and he's got several stunts:
My kitchen floor is torn up to the support studs, and are covered with loose sheets of plywood. JC discovered a warped board that makes a very loud BanG! when jumped on. He lies in wait for any human or cat to go across then leaps behind them onto the board - he's made Icy jump at least several feet in the air; he's made me drop a batch of spaghetti noodles, and my daughter dropped her basket of eggs...
JC imitates the hens' dirt bath; he digs a hole among the bathing hens, then rolls over & over in the dirt, looks to see if they're still bathing, then rolls some more.....
JC, Joey, & Icy went with me to my garden on the upper terrace and a FOX came out & approached me to smell my leg. I shooed the fox away, but the fox saw JC & Joey were playing and ran up to them. JC saw him, and ran at the fox, took a playful bat at him, all eager to play, but the fox pulled back, and then JC chased him under the bushes. Guess JC didn't understand the rules!!
