I am uncomfortable....

I had a little cyst removed from my groin on Monday.... I have 4 stitches (itchy and scratchy and annoying ) I was off work yesterday and basically just lay about all day cos it hurts. I can't even bend over properly to stroke Guin.

Gone back to work today and I keep having to get up every 10 mins or so to walk about (well, limp cos it hurts to walk).... ahhhhh I am so uncomfortable....

Awww well at least it's all over with now! Is it not easier if you keep your leg up?

My leg is resting under my desk on a box of paper. Lucky you can't see under our desks at the front of them cos my legs are wide open atm!!!!

I am seriously thinking of taking my knickers off and just walking about in my work trousers until home time!
Tomorrow, I am going to wear my tracksuit bottoms!...

awww, i hope it gets better soon, it must be aweful for you.

i think wearing just trackies is a good idea, the elastic in knickers would irritate it a lot, i know because i had something simular and wore trackies because they were so soft and made it feel heaps better.

primark have some really comfy baggy trousers for £5, they look smart too. they are better than jogging bottoms.

invest in a couple of pairs of them

Sorry to hear you are having such an uncomfortable day, Gilly. Hope you feel better soon. I agree that you should definitely wear more comfy clothing tomorrow. I hope your work day goes by fast so you can get home, change clothes, and relax with Guinness for the rest of the night.

I probably should have stayed at home today, but I felt better this morning when I was getting read for work.

I was going to go home earlier - at 3.30pm ish (2 hours earlier than normal) when my boss emailed me two presentations to format (one is 50 pages, the other is 35 pages ).

Ohhhh well.....

That's too bad! It's bad enough being at work soemtimes, but when you aren't feeling well it's really bad. I hope you feel better soon!

I am going to stay at home today.... but I will need to have some stuff emailed here for me to work on cos boss is really busy and he has a major presentation to present tomorrow morning (which is what I am working on!)

It's not too bad at my pc here cos I can sit with my left leg right out and also sit in pyjamas and no knickers or anything
