Looks like this hasn't been done since January, so here we go again:

Have you ever tasted cat food? I can't expect you to tell unless I 'fess up: yes I have. Felidae dry (not bad, but I'm not going to make it my snack food); Hill's dry (pretty rancid with a strong after-taste); Eagle Pack wet (kind of bland and chalky).

How about you?

After reading the ingredients, my son & husband tried "Chicken Soup for the Cat's Lover's Soul". Both agreed it tasted sort-of like Grape Nuts cereal.

Yes, I have and I understand why my cats don't like some of the canned food flavors I have bought for them. And yes, the premium canned does taste better than the cheaper stuff!!

No way! I'm a vegetarian, so the meat smell of cat food really grosses me out (well, I guess the concept of eating cat food grosses me out in general, too
)

Oh, but I did try a dog biscuit when I was much younger! It actually tasted like nothing at all!

Never the wet stuff, although I did try a few cat biscuits when I was a kid! I've since gone veggie though so I don't think I'll ever try it again!

Yes, but not since I was a kid, probably around six or seven. We fed our cat, Fred, Tender Vittles. Not half bad, if I remember correctly.

If you've ever seen the ingredients for making homemade dog biscuits or cat treats, you may be surprised to discover the ingredients really are no different than what you're eating every day. I used to make homemade dog biscuits and I loved them!! They were yummy.

Only when the can lid splatters some around my mouth. You guys crack me up so much it's a good thing my office only has 1 other person in it. I'm sure he's convinced I'm crazy.
