I can't believe Bob & Allie are 13 wks. today
It went so fast. I am so proud of their growth & social behavior. They started as hairless little mice-like things with no ears (born premature with eye infections to diarrhea) to bouncy, healthy, super-loving fuzz-faces
Just wanted to share and of course, show-off the new loves of my life:

They are soooo special to me that it brings tears to my eyes when I look at how far they have come. People say to me "how lucky THEY are that I found & saved them" (born feral) ..when in fact, it is I that feel lucky to be a part of their lives. Not to get too "heavy or deep" but I take no credit for saving their little lives...it was "He" that simply guided me and blessed me to have encountered them. God bless all of you that have tried to help those who are innocent and helpless

What a proud Mother you should be! They are adoreable. You did a remarkable job! Are you keeping them or finding good homes for them? THey are lucky to have you in their lives either way! Congratulations!

I couldn't possibly give them away. Bob & Allie are staying right where they are...with us!! We are now 4...Bob, Allie, Buster & Ashley...2 2-yr. old Persians that also adore the kittens.

Bless your heart for taking such good care of them! I learned last year how quickly hand-raising kittens wraps them around your heart.
They are absolutely adorable, and I look forward to seeing more pictures of them as they grow!

Thank-you. Definitely not easy to bottled-feed from birth. The litter was of 4...unfortunately, because they were so premature...I did loose 1 within 24-hrs. of birth and the 2nd past within the 1st wk. It was very sad. These 2 are little miracles considering the vet. gave them a 50/50 chance from day 1.

They had such problems from birth. Besides being premature and never receiving their mother's very nutrional milk...Bob had no hair by his rear, he had skin problems, Allie developed severe flu and both had eye infections that kept their eyes glued shut for weeks. They both shaked so much that when they finally could stand-up, they would tremor themselves into falling down. My vet believed in the possiblity of neurological disorders in both.

That is when I really made the decision to keep both of them. I didn't think anyone would adopt 2 shaking kittens with brain disorders. Long story short and many weeks later...Bob & Allie just went for the 2nd baby shots and all looks well. Allie weighed in at 3.75 and Bob at 2.75...she has big bones
My vet actually laughed when he got a look at Allie...she must have quadroupled in size. He has been an absolute Godsend through this whole experience. Though there were so many hours of tears, praying and sleep depravation for weeks...I would do it all over again to have these 2 healthy, loving little kittens in my life
