What part of Florida are you in CJandBilly? I don't watch TV much and I'm the only one at my apartment right now so I'm just curious if you're anywhere near me. I woke up a few times last night to some seriously heavy rain. It's stopped now and I can actually see the sun but the wind is whipping HARD! I can hear it howling past the buildings in my complex. Weird.

I live in Polk County... not far from you at all. In fact, my brother lives in Winter Garden.
Well I guess I should turn the weather channel on for a minute then! I'll be heading to the Greyhound Pets of America to volunteer in about an hour so I suppose I should know what kind of driving conditions I'm in for on the 417!

It's kinda overcast right now. I'm sure that we will get some rain but with us being on the west side of the storm, it won't be too bad.
I have a wedding to go photograph an hour away later this evening so I'm really hoping that it doesn't get too bad here.

Grrrr... it's about to make landfall right where Ivan did. My sister's beach house is there, still torn up & barely standing because insurance won't pay enough to fix it properly.
We were at lunch on the patio of a Mexican restaurant not long ago when a feeder band just made it to us and rain started pouring.
Thankfully this one isn't bad... it's going to be a crazy season!

It's sunny right now, but you know the West Coast... we'll have rain today I'm sure. I always gravitates between sun and rain... like yesterday, I ended up swimming outside in a huge rainstorm. It was fun though!!!
