That's funny. I can't stand the texture of ground beef.

I haven't had a good one in years, at the butchery we owned we made the best ones and if I recall correctly we won awards for them along with our sossies and our garlic breads!

Well, I haven't eaten meat in 11 years, but I used to LOVE my grandmother's Chinese-style beef & broccoli. It was delish!

I love a great pot roast so tender it just peels off in little shreds. Good bunch of mashed potatoes and gravy.
Make certain there are whole mushrooms cooked with that roast.

I love beef. Just about any way you can think of as long as it's not cold. I have a hard time picking an absolute favourite. It depends to some extent on mood, though if I could have a roast beef dinner the way my Dad used to do it, I could forego everything else. That's not to be, though I do a pretty good one myself, so it's either that or a nice steak -- and there, I think it would a filet mignon with peppercorn sauce.

I like a nice, juicy steak, and I also enjoy meatloaf, as well as a big juicy burger from time to time. Oh, and don't forget meatballs. Now I'm getting hungry.

I usually don't eat beef, but I have a Guinness-braised beef brisket recipe to die for. I also like beef stews-the longer cooked, the better.

Chuck rost, slow cooked with garlic, potatoes, onions and carrots.

Or a good sirloin steak, marinated in a good Italian dressing, then broiled.
