I've only known two people, *my boyfriend & I* that don't like steak. I just can't stand the texture!

I haven't had a good one in years, at the butchery we owned we made the best ones and if I recall correctly we won awards for them along with our sossies and our garlic breads!

T-bone Steak all the way

Well, I haven't eaten meat in 11 years, but I used to LOVE my grandmother's Chinese-style beef & broccoli. It was delish!

I love a great pot roast so tender it just peels off in little shreds. Good bunch of mashed potatoes and gravy. Make certain there are whole mushrooms cooked with that roast.

I love beef. Just about any way you can think of as long as it's not cold. I have a hard time picking an absolute favourite. It depends to some extent on mood, though if I could have a roast beef dinner the way my Dad used to do it, I could forego everything else. That's not to be, though I do a pretty good one myself, so it's either that or a nice steak -- and there, I think it would a filet mignon with peppercorn sauce.

new york strip - grilled w/ garlic, onion powder, seasoned salt, & other spices!

I like a nice, juicy steak, and I also enjoy meatloaf, as well as a big juicy burger from time to time. Oh, and don't forget meatballs. Now I'm getting hungry.

I usually don't eat beef, but I have a Guinness-braised beef brisket recipe to die for. I also like beef stews-the longer cooked, the better.

well, I'm practically a vegetarian now (I almost only eat meat when I'm eating at someone else's place) but I like my ex-boyfriend's spaghetti and meatball.

other than that, I'm not a big fan of beef (or meat in general)

Chuck rost, slow cooked with garlic, potatoes, onions and carrots.

Or a good sirloin steak, marinated in a good Italian dressing, then broiled.

Marinated Flank Steak !

this is one of my favorites i don't have it to offen but when i do it rocks!

Italian Salad Dressing ,1/4 cup red wine vinegar

1 tsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard

1 beef flank steak (1 lb.)

1 onion

2 medium green peppers, cut into strips

SCORE steak on both sides; place in shallow dish or resealable plastic bag. Add 1/2 cup of the dressing; cover dish or seal bag. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight to marinate; drain, discarding marinade.

i always leave it in the :censor::censor::censor::censor: over nite seems to come out more tender then i just pop it on the grill and wait till its done! I like to have mine over rice cut in to thin strips it rocks!
