Ohhh dear oh dear

I was crossing Oxford St at lunchtime in my little knee length gypsy skirt, when a gust of wind decided to blow my skirt up onto my face!

I flashed my granny knickers to half of London!!!
I did hear a few "wey heys" and saw a few girls laughing at me.... blah!

I was so mortified that I went into M&S and bought a pair of trousers to ensure that I would not a get a repeat performance on the way back to the office!

Oh, my, I think all of us ladies have been there! (I'd love to hear if any guys have had this problem!
) I once had a gust of wind blow my blouse hem up!

Well, were they clean knickers?
You know what momma always told us about clean undies!

ENGLAND... LAND OF HOPE AND GLORY!
Oops!.

At the bottom of the street where i work i always have to be careful because it's like a wind tunnel, so i can't get across the other side of the road quick enough

I think I might sew little weights onto the hem of my skirt, I heard that the Queen has this done so that her skirt won't blow up! lol

This happened to me too! But not in such a busy place--just a shopping street. My skirt blew straight up and I was wearing a thong.
My husband was right behind me and said "Hannah!" loud enough for everyone to turn and look.
Its funny now, but I was REALLY embarassed.
I bet those girls were laughing because they were scared the same thing would happen to THEM!

I'm sorry to be laughing so hard. I've been there, too. Except in my case I fell down a huge flight of stairs in a busy shopping mall, landing in a heap at the bottom with my skirt completely over my head and my thong undies hanging out. (That was the last time I wore a thong with a skirt.)
