cat lost her litter, there is inflammation around the nipples

hi, my cat lost her litter a week ago and now when i check her nipples they look like they are swallen and there is inflammation around 1 or 2 of them and the skin is dry and hard around it. is there some kind of creme i can apply on the skin around the nipples?

You really should have a vet take a look. Full glands are normal, but it's possible she has an infection from what you describe.

Yeah, I was thinking the same as Sandie did. Being full and dry skin is completely normal, but the inflamation is what I'd be worried about. Also, he may be able to give him something to dry her up.
