I have been searching newspapers, placing want ads, checking the web for a persian kitten. Everybody seems to be just out of reach. Then just yesterday I received an email that a breeder was selling two persian calicos that were once used as breeders. As luck would have it, she only lives 10 miles from me. She provided a lot of info and asked if I would rather buy the two females rather than seperate them. They are 5 years old and are best buddies. So tomorrow I get to pick them up and bring them to their new home. I am so excited. One is dominant
ly white calico while the other is dilute calico. They won't even need another check up for another year. Her husband also is a distributor of specially formulated cat food. I am counting my blessings. I am glad I didn't buy a kitten from the pet store. Shots would have been another $150 dollars. Thank you God!!

Hello and Welcome
I am new too. Hope you have fun with your new cats, and it's awsome that you are giving them a loving home. I'm sure they were worth the wait

Congrats...since they are retired breeders, is she having them spayed or will you be required to do that?
